What do I need to provide to start a rendering project?
Please book a meeting with us via Typeform. After scheduling through Calendly, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your project files (e.g. 2D/3D models – DWG, SketchUp, Archicad, Rhino, Revit, FBX, 3DS – as well as references, photos, etc.). This allows us to dive straight into your project during the call and help identify the ideal visualization services for your needs.
How long does a typical rendering project take?
Our team ensures quality through multiple checks. Project managers first review each rendering with specialized analysis software, followed by a final check by senior team members to ensure the highest standards are met.

Are changes or revisions included?
Yes, revisions are included at no extra cost as long as the requested changes do not exceed 60% of the original project workload. More extensive changes may incur additional costs.

Project duration varies depending on complexity and specific requirements. Typically, projects take between one to two weeks, but timelines can be adjusted according to your specific deadlines and needs.
How do you calculate the price for renderings?
Pricing is tailored based on your project's specific needs and complexity. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss these details clearly and create a customized quote for you to review.
Do you offer discounts for large projects or repeat clients?
We provide special pricing arrangements and discounts for large-scale projects and repeat clients. Please discuss your long-term needs or larger projects during our initial meeting, and we will create a customized offer for you.
How do you handle deadlines?
We commit to on-time delivery. If a delay occurs, we inform you immediately and take all necessary steps to keep your project on track.
Who owns the renderings after completion?
After full payment, all final renderings become your exclusive property. You can freely use them for any purpose, including marketing or presentations.
What payment options do you offer?
For projects over $2,000 USD, we offer a 50-50 payment option—50% upfront and the remaining 50% after approving watermarked renderings. Projects under $2,000 require full upfront payment before we begin.
Do you provide animation services in addition to still renderings?
Yes, we also offer animation services. If you're interested, we can discuss animation options and provide a customized quote based on your project requirements.
